Introducing Powerhouse and Powerhouse MX Drives

B&B Manufacturing is proud to announce the release of two new product lines: Powerhouse™ and Powerhouse MX™ drives. These timing belt drives are interchangeable with competitors’ systems, but have many added benefits. These timing pulleys are now offered in finished bore sizes from stock, never made from sintered metal, and are not made from gray iron until the outside diameter of the pulley is 9 inches or more unlike our competitors who start using gray iron at 4 inch outside diameters.

Powerhouse™ drives are compact high speed timing belt drives and are the racehorse of the B&B Manufacturing product line. These metric timing pulleys are offered in 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm, and 14mm pitches. They are offered with taperlock bushings, finished bores, and minimum plain bores. These timing belt drives are a premium choice for precise, high-speed applications with mid-range torque requirements and are interchangeable with competitors’ drives.

Powerhouse MX™ drives are great choices for low-speed, high torque drive applications. This accurate timing belt drive system is fully compatible with competitors’ systems and outperforms roller chain drives and other styles of rubber belt drive systems delivering the lowest-cost belt drive system available for low-speed, high-torque applications. These metric timing belt drives are offered in 8mm and 14mm pitches and are offered with taperlock bushings, finished bores, and minimum plain bores.
