Minimum Order: Minimum Order billing is $35.00
Payment Terms:
Payment is due net 30 days from date of invoice, with open account. Until satisfactory credit has been established, B&B Manufacturing reserves the right to ship C.O.D.
Credit Cards: All credit card sales are final.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact B&B Manufacturing to obtain current prices for the quantities you require.
Special Orders:
Specially made items, catalog items modified to non-stock dimensions, or catalog items made in production quanties for a customer order are considered "made-to-order" items. Purchaser agrees to accept order quantity plus or minus 10%, or (1) item, whichever number is greater.
Design:
B&B Manufacturing reserves the right to change design of its products at any time without notice. B&B Manufacturing is not obligated to replace product or issue refund for items in a customer's possession when changes are applied.
B&B Manufacturing is not liable for technical errors in our catalog or supplemental material, or for information or for information not provided. B&B Manufacturing will not accept any additional costs as a result of error or omission from our catalog.
Shipments/Delivery:
All shipments are made via United Parcel Service or carrier of our choice. Alternate carriers must be specifically requested.
All delivery dates are promised in good faith, and are subject to contingencies beyond our control. B&B Manufacturing is not liable for any damages or charges resulting from delayed shipments, due to our fault or otherwise. All claims for goods lost or damaged in transit are to be made directly to the carrier, and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All claims for shipment shortages must be made to B&B Manufacturing within 10 days of receiving material.
Special Requests
B&B Manufacturing makes every effort to accomodate your special shipping requests. However, in the event of failure to comply with your special request, B&B Manufacturing does not assume responsibility for freight costs. Carrier costs are expected to be paid by the consumer, unless agreed to in writing by B&B Manufacturing.
Cancellations, Returns/Exchanges:
In-process orders are not subject to cancellations or rescheduling except with written consent. All orders cancelled prior to delivery are subject to additional charges at the sole discretion of B&B Manufacturing.
Defective product must be reported within 90 days of shipment to be eligible for return or exchange. B&B Manufacturing will not be liable for any expenses other than cost of or replacement of items.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization form from B&B Manufacturing. Product not accompanied by a return Goods Authorization may be returned freight collect. The condition of all returned products will be inspected before issuing credit. No credit will be issued for used or modified product. All parts must be returned in the original packaging.
Warranty:
B&B Manufacturing guaranties its product against defects in workmanship and material, under normal use and service. B&B will replace or repair without charge any product proved to be defective at the time of shipment, provided immediate written notice of the defect is issued by purchaser. B&B Manufacturing's obligation is limited to repair or replacement of a similar product. B&B will not be liable for any damages or delay caused by any defect. Modification or alteration of any B&B product voids this guarantee. There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.
