Pasta Italiana – an east coast manufacturer of uncooked pastas – called B & B Manufacturing with a problem. The belt on their label printer was failing and they needed a quick fix. Although a direct replacement belt was not readily available, the customer service team at B & B recommended a belt that would get the job done. Within a few days, Pasta Italiana had the new belts installed and working on their printer. Alberto from Pasta Italiana was so pleased with the results, he called back to thank his B & B customer service representative! Bon Appetit, everyone.
