Looking back on this article from 2010, B&B Manufacturing® contemplates how much we've truly grown. In 2010, we had about 55 employees and we expect about 80% growth in the year. At just 12 years old in a 25,000 square foot manufacturing facility, we were beginning to create more domestic jobs by producing timing pulleys, gears, and sprockets. Over the years, B&B has accomplished many goals to continue providing better quality products with quicker response time, all while providing more domestic job opportunities. Since 2010, B&B has moved to a manufacturing facility that is nearly 100,000 square feet on 52 acres, which allows our company to obtain additional manufacturing and logistics capabilities. B&B manufactures over 20,000 different power transmission and precision mechanical components from synchronous pulleys and belts, spur gears and rack, sprockets, and V-Belt sheaves ranging from single to 12 grooves and up to 71 inches in diameter! We also offer QD® (Quick Detachable), Double Split Taper, and Taper-Lock® (TL) bushings and much. much more. We ship out over 120 thousand parts each month, have nearly doubled our monthly revenue, and have an annual growth of around 10-15%, which allows B&B to now employ just over 100 people. We are large enough to meet our customers manufacturing specifications and requirements while small enough to still remain personable and develop relationships with our customers, employees, and the community. B&B Manufacturing has many pieces of manufacturing equipment from sawing, CNC lathes, hobbing, shaping, milling, and more. We have had multiple record sales months in just the past year which we owe a lot of thanks and gratitude to our customers for trusting B&B with their business and allowing us to service their stock and made-to-order power transmission and precision mechanical needs. B&B looks forward to future endeavors like our recent expansion into small precision mechanical injection molded parts that will allow us to grow even more to maintain our role as your synchronous, belted, and power transmission drive solutions partner!
