Things are looking up!

When John T., a teacher at Elkhart Memorial High School called B&B Manufacturing, he had a tough-to-solve problem. On a tight school budget, the students had manufactured and maintained a drive for the school’s solar telescope from salvaged and modified parts. The drive belt had broken, and they were not able to identify it. The broken belt was sent to the B&B customer service team. Once identified, B&B manufactured new belts, and to save the school some money (and for a chance to see the solar scope in action), a customer service representative drove the belts to the school to check fit and functionality. The new belts did the trick, and the students were quickly able to get back to what they do best – reaching for the stars!
