ISO 9001:2015 Certification

B&B Manufacturing is now certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

ISO 9001:2015 quality management system replaces the 9001:2008 certification that expires for all companies in September of 2018.  The new standard includes much of the previous standard, with focus on: understanding the context of the organization, understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties, and identifying and addressing risks and opportunities throughout the organization.

Though understood in the previous certification, utilization of the process approach is more prevalent and an expectation of the 2015 standard.  Demonstration of Leadership commitment is a focal area of the 2015 standard and is a key component within the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle the standard exemplifies.
